Because Corporate Social Responsibility May Be The Key to Reaching That Seventh Generation
PepsiCo has announced their intention to buy enough renewable energy credits to cover all of the electricity used in all of their U.S. facilities (or enough to power 90,000 homes in the U.S.) for a year. This move helped move PepsiCo to the top of the EPA's list of greenest energy users.

I started this blog just as a way to get some information about various CSR issues to people. I won't often comment too much - I'd rather let the articles speak for themselves. Sometimes, however, I can't help myself. I earned an MBA in May 2007. I will begin a job as a Business Analyst with Chevron in July. At that company and position, I hope to learn a great deal about the traditional oil and gas industry. I also hope to be able to work on renewable energy initiatives at Chevron at some point in the future.
